My name is Nathalie Kostic, and I am a TÜV-certified auditor with over 30 years of audit experience and in Quality Management in both airline operations and ground handling and with over 35 years of experience in Management and Operations of Ground Handling and Executive Aviation.
I have spent the past five years, together with my dedicated software engineering team, developing a platform tailored specifically for Handling Agents and FBOs.
The idea was born from the need to meet IS-BAH standards and customer audit requirements in both commercial and executive aviation.
Over the past few years, our platform has successfully supported numerous IS-BAH and commercial airline audits with ease.
